| Bows or No Bows in Boys Ok, Do you put bows in your boys yorkies' hair. I put a blue one in Parker's hair tonight and my hubby had a fit. He said you are making him look like a girl. I thought it was cute. So do you guys do bows or no bows in boys hair. Thanks, Denise |

| I use bows on both my boy and my girl. The boy gets boyish bows. I have blue ones with cars in the middle and brown ones with little doggy bones in the middle...stuff like that. I just asked my husband his opinion. He said he doesn't like the bows on the boy (hmmm...funny he never mentioned it before). He doesn't mind the ponytail with a little rubberband, just doesn't like the bows. Oh well, he'll get over it.

| If you go to the website of United Yorkie Rescue, they have a gift shop and the proceeds go to help the rescued Yorkies. Their gift shop has barrettes for boys, in the shape of buses and cars and sports stuff. They're all out now but will be getting some more in. I am waiting to place an order. Julie |

| Kenzy is the only boy I've ever had, but his hair has never held a bow of any kind. His hair is just so limp and thin. We'll see if Barclay grows hair that will allow a bow, but we may just keep it in a "boyish" cut.

| Boy bows.............. I have two boys and most of the time I put scrunchies in their top knot over the bands. Little tiny scrunchies from www.LawDogBows.com For special events I put BOY bows on them also from Law Dog Bows. My hubby isn't crazy about bows, but every now and then it's ok.........

| My Bruiser is so little and "cutsey" everyone thinks he's a GIRL...but his topnot is so long of course he has to have it back, and if we're going out in public, of COURSE he has to have a bow, so we did the same thing as others, got BOY BOWS! He has blue checkered football bows, and similar themes, because I got tired of explaining he's a boy not a girl..now any man who is threatened by a boy dog in a bow isn't all that secure with his masculinity, hehe...Bruiser is! He has 4 beautiful kids to prove it, LOL

I put bows in on special occasions. I would put them in all the time but he is always running around like a maniac, they don't stay in.

| i don't put a fancy bow, but try to put a hair clip on bunjee to keep his hair up and away from his face. hubby doesn't like it either... but then he doesn't like it when i dress bunjee in reds and purples and mauves either. (what can i say, my little boy's a "winter") but i just told hubby, once he starts to scoop poop, then he can have a say about how bunjee is dressed. |

| My husband is a goof about bows too. When we go out with the dogs he lets me put bows in for everyone...but before we get them to the car..our males have had their bows removed!! He says that boys don't wear bows! I told him he was insecure! So in public you can always tell in my crew the girls with their bows from the boys with the naked ponytails. Its OK...I got him back when his buddies came to pick him up for a camping trip. I had bows in ALL the dogs hair.....so his friends got to see his "girly" boys! (It really bothers him! - what a nut!)
