| How many hours does your Yorkie sleep? I think Yoda sleeps around 14-15 hours a day or so. At night, he usually goes to sleep around 11pm and usually he gets up at noon or so. Most days, he will need to pee in the middle of the night. He also takes short naps throughout the day. We actually setup a camcorder one time when we were away, and all he did was sleep while we were gone. |

| Mine too My 2 sleep every minute that i am asleep (they are in bed with me) and about every minute that i am away at work too...they generally wake up to pee in the night but are back fast asleep in a minute or two...now if some one in the house is cooking bacon, they will stay up 24/7 until they get a piece...needs to be a scientific study on yorkies and bacon... |

| Sleep Hours Artie sleeps from 11 pm. to 6:30 am. but takes alot of naps, especially when I'm on Yorkie Talk! But when he wakes up for what ever reason? Usually to go to the potty or pooh.....he jumps on our bed and licks our faces to wake us up, so who ever did the last walk can sleep in. We usually take turns. I think he doesn't sleep enough? He is skinny as a rail. |

| fast eddie - i want to try the camcorder thing. i think it would be hilarious. i know that stewie get some form of separation anxiety when i am gone for longer than five hours. he tears up his pee pad even if he peed on it and finds a bunch of other fun stuff to destroy in my bedroom where he is confined.

| That video camera idea is great! My babies sleep all the time - they are sleeping now. They go to sleep around 11 and wake up at 7 for breakfast!

| Hmmmm, I have never really thought much about this one. Well, Schatzie goes to bed about 7:00 pm and wakes up at 6:00 am. ( Early to bed, early to rise, makes a Yorkie happy, hyper, and wise! ) She doesn't nap too much during the day as she is too busy following me around. Now, if I am napping (which I love) then she is sleeping right next to me.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | My girl sleeps all night and off and on during the day. She is NOT a morning dog, she is always the last one out of bed. Sometimes we get her up and take her out only to find her back in bed for awhile. She loves to sleep in!
