Eye Gunk, best way to clean it? Can anyone help me with this problem? The brown build up is hard to prevent and it seems to dry up and is very difficult to remove. What causes it also?

I don't know what causes it. I always wet it with warm water and tearless shampoo and let it sit there for a while while I bathe the rest of their little bodies. Then I just grab it with my fingernails and gently pull it out of their hair. Then I bathe the spot again and rinse well. There are products out there for this, but I haven't found any that won't sting their eyes if you accidentally get it in them.

I bring Snoodles to the kitchen sink counter every morning and wash it out with a cotton ball and warm water. Then, of course, brush teeth, brush hair, put bow in, and give a treat! It works well for me! Pat
