| has anyone had a dog like this? A friend of mine has a yorkie, she is 5 days older then Chelsey.... she brought her dog home a few days after we had our baby, Chelsey was a lot smaller then my friends dog, but i noticed that my friends puppy was very skinny and she has a very sharp face, big ears and eyes, she is now 17 weeks and has not grown a bit, Chelsey is bigger then her now... this puppy's hair is so thin and cottony, in the past weeks ive told her to try different things on her also because she hardly eats, if she gives her wet or dry food with a chicken taste today, she will refuse to eat the same tommorow or later on in the day, she is hyper active and cant sit still, i was with her this morning and picked her up as she was jumping up to me, she continued jumping and wiggling her way out of my hands, its weird, she runs up and down the stairs and without any problem jumps on and off the couch.... ive warned her about this right from the beginning because if these little ones fall they can easly break their bones.... anyhow, the dog does as she pleases, also her hair has not started to change colour on the head, she looks exactly the same as the day she got her, have any of u ever heard of or experienced something like this? its a shame really, if we put Chelsey next to her, she looks sturdy and healthy with a clossy coat, my friends puppy's coat is also dull... Im asking this question on behalf of my friend, any advise is very welcome.... Thanks

| pup Perhaps this Yorkie is not the best quality. I would pay attention to diet and coat conditioning..maybe a vet check..and then I would just accept the fact she is never going to be Miss America...but I have heard many Miss America's start out as ugly ducklings. LOL |
