| Question about digging.... Ok, Princess does that kind of digging right before she is going to bed so that she gets her blankets and pillow just right. But, there is this other kind of digging she has been doing lately. Please tell me if your yorkies do this: in the middle of day she will do this very fast kind of digging--almost like there is something under the blanket she wants to get to. I then pull up the blanket and she doesnt do or want anything. She is doing it right now as I write this and now she the fur blanket she is doing this to is all over her face. Why is she doing this? She looks so determined |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Cali started doing that fast digging a couple of days ago and I was wondering if she may be coming in to season soon? She's 8 months old and not yet spayed. How old is Princess and is she spayed?

| Princess will be one on March 3 and, yes, she is spayed. It is just so weird. Its kind of funny bc she will wear herself out and and just lay there for a few minutes, then she gets her breath back and she is at it again. I cannot help but laugh |

| Jewels does that. It is funny she will go at it then stop and look at you and then start back up again.

| Both of my girls do it all the time and right before bed too. The only bad thing about it is Chloe has been sleeping on my chest the last few weeks and so right before bed there she goes digging at my chest. It drives me nuts!!

| Yeah, Princess does it when she is "making her bed", but this other digging is not that. It's a much faster, one area dig. These dogs........ |

| Lol. This kind of digging is so funny (the in one spot, really fast kind). Reese does it often, especially in the spot on the couch between the cushions. He also does it at night on the bed. He doesnt ever get anywhere, but he loves doing it!

| Gracie does it too! Sometimes she even tries to dig threw the tile on the floor! Gracie snorts and jumps from side to side when she makes her bed! I love it!! Her hair flies forward and she looks so determined!

| Mojo does it too! Most of the time he is just making a comfy spot for himself when he is tired or ready for bed. Other times, he is scratching at something really fast...maybe trying to see what is there or it feels good on his feet or something. It is cute though.
