| How often do you bath your yorkie? Was wondering how often everyone bathed their furbabies? I tend to bath Pippa every fortnight but she could do with it one a week to look her best. But shes not keen

| I bathe mine once a week. My 2 year old could use it before the week is up, but the puppy can do fine with one time a week. So far this has been fine, we have never had a problem with dry skin or flaking. The little one hasn't gotten the hang of all this yet (she is 16 weeks old). We are still not crazy about the water or the dryer. Big sister hates her face washed but is good about everything else. I take the older one to the groomer, she hates to have her nails clipped so I gave up and went back to let them handle that. I am so far grooming little girl myself with my husbands assistance. I plan to do this until she atleast gets a little older, maybe forever if it continues to work out. Telea, big sister Zoe' and baby Mia |

| I bath mine every week but in the winter (like now) i bath them every other week because their skin gets too dried out.

| Josie gets a bath about every 10 days. If we do it once a week, she gets too dry, but every 2 weeks she looks pretty stringey! Every ten days is just about perfect!

| I try to do it every sunday but sometimes I get to busy, so I would say about every 7-10 days.

| Every week. I take her into the shower with me. If she's in the bath by herself, she tries to jump out. If she's in the bathroom with me and I'm taking a shower, she tries to jump in. Sooooo, I just started taking her into the shower with me. I wash myself, then her. She doesn't try to jump out. She just keeps me company.

| Punkin starts to get greasy after 4 or 5 days and smelly doggy. We've been bathing her every week or so. The vet just told us that it's waaaayyy too much and that every 6 months or so is good. She suggested rubbing her down with a wet wash cloth every couple of weeks. Ewwww - we might be able to stretch the time in between, but I don't think we can go half a year! |
