| Help with online orders I'm cross posting this because I guess not to many people read/post in the products and reviews, I'm looking for a little guidance. HELP Hi everyone! I have a question; I have always ordered from name brand stores online, Chadwick’s, coldwater creek, spegals etc. I always got my orders within a week or so unless something was back ordered and they have always informed me. I ordered some tees, a dress and some treats from a site I found through YT. I ordered on Jan 25th and still have not received anything. I waited until the Feb 9th (11 Business Days) to email asking about the status of my order. The person responded at first saying she couldn't find my order, I emailed her back a copy of the confirmation and she responded that they were waiting on the tees to come in but that they would be sending out my order tomorrow or Monday. Guess what, nothing has ever come. I tried contacting them again yesterday with no response. Has anyone else ever had this problem? I don't want to start a fuss (being a newbie) that why I'm not naming the site. I'm just confused about the pardon the slang here but mom and pop internet shops. I don't know if they all take this long or if I should call my credit card company and cancel the order or what. HELP! Zoey's Mommy Kelly |

| What site did you order off of? I have never had a problem ordering anything online and I do it all the time. If you cant get in touch with the person that you ordered from I would definetly cancel the order and get my money back!

| Some Internet companies do not always have the items in hand physically, as in, they get the order, THEN they order from their supplier, then they ship it out to you the customer. I'd say give them a chance or ask for a firm deadline as to when they expect you to receive the merchandise. Also, you can ask for a tracking number as most should supply that as well. Sometimes orders do get lost, it's good that the company is not completely ignoring you, as has happened to me in the past (with small and BIG companies alike). But if they still do not respond in a time that you deem fit, like say another week of no merchandise, then call your credit card company and complain. Good luck! |

| Day 30 and Nothing Well the day is finally here, I have to call my credit card company and fight this charge. I can't tell you how upset I am about this. I have NEVER had this sort of problem with company. She will not return my calls, and I promise I have not been ugly to her at all. At first it was that the Tees were back ordered, problems with the vendors, and then it was the treats that I ordered didn't come in. The last word I got from her was on 2/21 saying she would refund the money on the treats but would send out my order. I responded asking for a tracking number. I called her twice leaving messages with my home number and work number stating that I needed to speak to her about my order, I had a question. I has ordered a bullystick too and wanted to see if that was part of package being sent. I wanted to know so I could order them from somewhere else (everyone says they are great and I wanted to try them out) She never returned my calls or emails. When I have heard from her it has been by email, with excuses. Heck on the 10th she wrote to me "Hi Kelly: I am just about to go into a meeting with a vendor. I do recognize the order and I am just waiting on my order of slogan tees. I should have this out to you - maybe - by tomorrow or Monday. I will be happy to give you a buzz in a bit and talk to you about the charge on your account. I hope that everything is ok??? Best, XXXXXX" You might be asking me why I have not named the site in question, well I'm not the only one with this problem and the last persons thread was locked. BTW I did a search on WHOIS and that is how I got her number and address. I know this person is very well liked here and I'm sure on a personal level she is great but as a business women she doesn't seem to be up to the task. I went to her site in the first place because everyone bragged about how great it was and she was. I really wish people would be honest about this web store, She has my money (and others) and we don’t have anything to show for it. I don't think she set out to rip anyone off, it appears its more she can't handle it. Not everyone is cut out to run a business. I'm sorry this is sooo long but I just felt like I should let everyone know what happened. Kelly Zoeys Mommy |
