| Confessions of a crazy dog owner I think Im officially nuts. I posted a thread about the new dog treats that I bought my girls called Freeze dried Ice cream for dogs. Well long story short I tried a piece because someone else did and because it looks exactly like the freeze dried ice cream you can buy for people if you go to places like museums gift shops. Well i tried it and it DOES taste exactly the same and I love freeze dried ice cream. I only tried it once but I find myself wanting more. Am I crazy? Freeze dried ice cream(for people) is so hard to find. I dont think there is anything in this dog version that is any different. But is ridiculous that I am even contemplating eating my dogs treats(poor dogs, they loved it and momma is trying to steal thier treats). I think Im going to end up growing a tail or something Im officially crazy dog lady now!

| I have come to the conculsion all Yorkie owners are perceived as crazy by others, when in fact we know we are NOT. I say go for the freezed dried treats, just make sure you share and don't hog them all. My son oldest actually likes the jerky treats. Whenever we get a new treat for the babies he always has to try it first!

I Love Thor Donating Member | Okay I have a confession to make...Last week (when the petco opened here) I got some treats at the treat bar where you pick out your own treats, well...They smelled really good (the pretzel treats) and the ingredients were just flour and sugar, nothing too scary! I ate it and it was GOOD! I totally understand you guys!! |

| You guys are too funny. I will say that I haven't tried any of Baxter's treats yet. I don't have any that smell or look good. Might have to go get the ones you are all raving about. I will tell a funny story about my husband and the dogs items. He will kill me if he only knew how many people I have told. He is my source of entertainment. I bought some of those dog breath strips that come in a package similar to the Listerine strips. I had them on my dresser so that they wouldn't be mistaken for the Listerine. My daughter came into the living room calling the dogs telling them it was time for some breath freshener. My husband saw what was in her hand and told her those were his and not for dogs. I busted out laughing before I could even explain. When I did he about died. He said no wonder they tasted so awful. I asked him if he had used them more than once and he had. Crazy man!!!! So now all of my friends bark at him when they talk to him. Poor guy!!!!!

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Don't let your hubby find out about it, Shana. He'll start you on clicker training! It's kinda gross, but in obedience class they have us store treats in our mouth so the dog gets used to looking at our face when it wants something. My wife always accuses me of liking Yummy Chummies because it doesn't bother me and I've gotten used to the taste.
