| Gizmo going to the doctor... Well, I have given up on waiting for Gizmo's baby teeth to fall out on there own. So off we go to the vet this afternoon to find out how many he has to have removed, and how much it's going to cost, as well as when they can do it. Wish us luck, I'm extremely nervous!!!!

| Well, we are back from the vets! They have scheduled him to have the teeth removed on the 6th of Feb. He has atleast eight that will have to come out. I was told that it can be pretty common in yorkies. I am glad to say that my vet is having s special, so when he gets them removed, he also gets a free teeth cleaning, and bath, and pedicure!!! So he is going to be really ad when he gets home. He gets so nervous in places he doesn't know. I am going to be a wreck that day for sure! Anyway, I am glad that I can finally rest assured that the baby teeth are coming out! I have been really worried about them messing up his adult teeth!

| Oh! I almost forgot! We are not going to have him neutered. Just his teeth cleaned, and baby teeth removed.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | GOOD LUCK !! Cheri had 4 removed and it wasn't too expensive - but they didn't charge by the tooth and I understand some vets do that.... We'll be thinking of Gizmo and hope he's back home soon and all goes well ! |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | I am still waiting on one stubborn baby canine of Trace's. It's the only one left in his mouth. It did seem wiggley last night, so keeping my fingers crossed. To tell the truth, I think wiggley teeth are oooey, gives me the creeps...in kids and dogs Sounds like Gizmo will be already for the girls after his visit to the vet Don't worry, he'll do fine. It's YOUR nerves that'll be shot

| Thanks for all your thoughts! I just can't imagine not being here all day without him, even though I will have plenty to do! LOL! I think they charge by the tooth for the k-9's and the front for is like 24.00. Not to sure about the rest. Plus we get the 20% discount!! And a free cleaning, bath and pedicure!!! HE HE! I really thought it was going to be really expensive. But i would do anything for him!!!

| Glad you got it figured out. Coco has this one double canine but everyone has told me to wait till she's at least a year. All the rest have fallen out. Good luck to your baby, I'm sure he'll feel much better once it's done and so will you

Really?? I was told that they had to come out so they don't make the adult teeth all crooked, and cause other health troubles.. I just wonder???
