| Lucky you! I wish Penny was litter box trained. She does use her puppy pads when she absolutely has to. |

| I just bought my cat one of those automatic litter box where you only have to change every few weeks instead of scooping every few days and I swear Duchess's potty pads don't seem to be getting used as much. I am beginning to wonder if Duchess is also using the new little box. I can only hope so. Consider yourself lucky......I think it's a good thing. If you have one of those litter box that cleans it self, that's even better. |

| I love that we decided to continue her litter box training that her breeder started. She’s 16 wks old and has never messed in her kennel. She had accidents in house (under our bed) but I attached a leash to her and gave her enough lead to play and get to her box and within 2 wks she was fully potty trained.

| From what I read be careful with kitty litter it could be harmful. Petco and petsmart sells puppy litter. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made to litter train Cali.

Actually the automatic litter box is much cleaner than scooping because every time your cat poops, an automatic scooper (not sure what it's call), pushes the waste into the receptacle minutes after they are done. Every time they step in the litter box, it's a clean litter box. All you have to do is empty the receptacle. The one I have says you can go 30 days without emptying. So far.....it's gets 5 stars. The litter is actually blue crystals that does an excellent job of masking the orders. I love it and after 30 something years of owning cats, I can tell you at my age I am sick of cleaning litter boxes. This is the one I have and so far I love it and so does Miss Chloe who actually started using almost immediately. https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcos...ing-litter-box | |
