| New here Hi everybody! New here to the board. My Yorkie is 6 months old and his name is Frankie. My daughter named him that because we got him on Halloween (Frankenstien). He has just been the best dog! Up until we moved into our new house. He has been pottying everywhere and ripping up things! The very first night we stayed here he had to follow me everywhere and when he did that his nose had to be touching my leg. Once we got into bed that night he was fine. We have been in our new house for about a month now and his behavior has just been awful in the last week or so. Any suggestions? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...nk/Frankie.jpg Last edited by Sparklineyez; 03-18-2005 at 11:09 AM. |

| Hi Welcome...I recently moved to Florida and one of my Yorkies who is 3 yrs peed on the couch. She was confused about new places for wee wee pads, etc..so I guess she didn't want to pee on the floor..the couch looked perfect to her. It will take time to readjust..just like children in a new home. Some have a hard time with new sounds and strange things...be patient, he will come around soon. |

| I'm sorry, I really have no good advice for you - but I did want to welcome you to Yorkie Talk - your baby is adorable!

| Thank You! He has done pretty good today, no pottying in the house ! But as for my kids little fold out couch, he will scratch at it until he makes a hole in it and then he pulls the stuffing out! |
