| Location of Pee Pads I will be training my baby to use either pee pads or a doggie litter box. What is the best location? My options are small laundry room off of the kitchen or main bathroom. I live by myself so that bathroom is rarely used but sometimes my son is home from college and then that's his bathroom. Also, how far away should the food/water be? |

| I would think either room would be suitable for potty training. I replied in your other post with some more questions and advise. It would be good if the potty pad could be at least several feet from his bed, food and water. When I potty train my puppies I put the potty pad at the far side of their exercise pen. Your puppy would have already developed potty habits so it would be best to discuss those with his current owner and go from there.
