Yorkie Talker | New Yorkie .. Owner 💙 .... Hi all , Isn't this fab love the fact we all have this ... I'm new Yorkie owner .. (Mummy) to teddy who is 15 weeks ... He's jus amazing ! I never thought I would be so in love ! My main reason for getting teddy was for my little ... Boy ... But I have completely taken over teddy comes every were with and I mean everywere he's just the cutest bundle of joy with a massive personallity! I bought him with the title miniature Yorkie from a reputable breader who has been doing this for 26years ... She's amazing we have contact and I occasionally send pictures of teddy ... And contact with any questions I might have and she's always happy to help so I'm really happy I've had people say they say this that's what they told me mine was meant to be a miniature Yorkie and he grew Huge what would you do if this happen'd to you ? To be honest he would be loved just the same ...how could you not !? I'd probably be a little peived as I paid a lot out for that reason but hey hoe ... What has been all you experiences ? Sorry about the ramble ... But the excitement and love ...is over flowing still after 4weeks of getting our boy Thanks in advance xxx |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Hi and welcome to YT ! Your baby is just adorable. Yeah, there are many very unscrupulous breeders who try to invent things like "mini yorkies" and then charge you more for it. There is no such thing as a mini, micro, or teacup yorkie -- so I'd steer away from anyone who used such terms to try to "sell" you a trait like that - it's just a sign of greed in the end, really.

| Welcome to YT, Teddy is adorable. There is NO such thing as a "miniature" yorkie. Yorkie standard weight is 5 to 7lbs. If a breeder uses the words miniature, tiny, toy, that is all a PLOY to charge big bucks. NO breeder can guarantee exact weight their puppies will be as adults. The important thing is that you LOVE Teddy no matter what he weighs. Weight does not change their quirky personalities, they are still little mischievous fun loving babies. IMO this is NOT a good breeder if she advertises miniature yorkies, so for 26 years she has been getting over on ppl. Be happy that you have good communication with this breeder, be happy if you have a healthy baby in the future. You have a beautiful baby, enjoy him.
