From the website FAQ page ( Questions & Answers ): Q. What kind of veterinarian care have the puppies had? A. Our puppies are all sold current on their shots. They get their first shot at approximately 5 weeks, second at 7 l/2 weeks and are usually sold at around 8 weeks. By that time they have been wormed at around 4, 6 and 7 l/2 weeks. To me, it looks like they are starting the vaccinations too early. Also, many people on Yorkietalk will tell you that 8 weeks is too young to be selling a puppy. It's better to wait until they are 12 weeks old. Also, the health guarantee is only good for one year, and is for LETHAL genetic defects that were not found before the puppy was sold. Some puppies are sold with AKC registrations, others with CKC registrations. They are sold with full breeding rights. These are a few red flags that other Yorkietalkers will elaborate on.

Having been burned by a similar FL "breeder" in the same area and having had the useless guarantees explained to me by my vet, I would never adopt a pup from one of these folks again. I wish I had been as wise to do research first.

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | There are no real pictures. Vaccinations too early. She is guaranting the biro gene. Has the puppies DNA and color coat tests been done? I think there are better breeders out there. |

Hello, I have a Biewer Yorkie named Oksana of Green Acres, she was born there her dad is Oxley von El Cassius Dio, her mom Baylee von Illusion. I brought her from a woman here in Puerto Rico. I brought her as an adult of 2 yrs of age and she was never bred. My biewer girl has her IBC papers and she is the real deal. Her parents were bred in Green Acres but, i found out she also breeds chocolate yorkies to Biros and sells them as full biros and that is no good. She has an email on the page I wrote and she answerd but I never replied.

Thanks. I would appreciate a list of reputable breeders in Florida. I won't be getting a puppy until the fall, but I need the time to research since I had a tragic loss last year which was the fault of an ignorant breeder.
