| Belly Band Help I purchased some belly bands for my babies and was testing them out the last two nights. For Thumper they work great. For Boomer he pees right through them. I have been using the Always Maxi Pad and it does not hold his pee. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have used the disposable bands in the past and they worked just fine. They were more of a diaper material. I would love to hear others feedback. Thanks

| I use the Poise Ultra Absorbency, Regular Length pads in my belly bands...they wrap all the way around the dog, but the pad is so absorbent, pee does not soak the dog all around his body!! These work great for me and my guys.... Just make sure the front of the pak shows "Ultra Absorbency"!! Last edited by Yorkiemom1; 04-01-2016 at 07:33 AM. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Do you mean he "pees through them" bc there is too much pee...? Or something else is causing the leakage? You may want to cut-up washable pee pads (like the thin laminated kind) and make pads, I wonder if that'd work better...?

| Yorkiemom1 - my co-worker actually just suggested the same thing regarding poise. I am going to pick up a box and try them. Wylie's Mom - Boomer has too much pee. The Band works fine on my other dog. I am going to try the Poise if not I will look into making my own pads. Thanks for the suggestion.
