| The medium Snoozer is 22 inches wide and recommended for dog(s) up to 25 pounds. Should be a good fit. It comes with only one tether, but you can buy a second tether individually. The tethers attach to your car seat belt. We have the large Snoozer, which has a seating area of 25 inches wide. It gives my big 9+ pounds boys tons of room.

| I don't use car seats but came across this all-in-one dog carrier/dog bed/car seat when I was looking up dog carriers. It's got raving reviews, but I didn't end up buying one though. Wondering if this could comfortably fit two in it for your needs? It's 12 x 18 x 17 inches. On amazon: Amazon.com : Pet Flys Cheetah & Brown Reversible... There are many colours too, from the Petflys site: Brown Reversible Snuggle Bugs Pet Bed, Bag, and Car Seat in One

There are pros and cons to both. With my smaller car, the Pet Gear is easier for me to pick up my boys to take them out of the car. Quote:
There are also basket type seats that fit over the headrest of your car seat. Front seat use: the most important thing is having a car that allows you to disable the passenger side airbag. Otherwise, I would stick to backseat use. Also, make sure you look at the measurements of the dog seat. Some people are surprised how large Snoozer seats are.

| I was thinking of upgrading to a large, I have a medium and it's perfect for 18lb Jackson but now 15lb Lola tries to squeeze in with him and it's not the best fit. So I'm thinking an upgrade is needed.

| oh how cute!!! I ended up ordering the k + h small booster bc I am thinking maybe I will keep ella in her snoozer console until I see what she thinks of the fella when he arrives-heard it takes a bit of time for the transition. |
