| Your baby is absolutely adorable! Love his topknot. My boys wear topknots, sometimes with hot pink scrunchies. The hot pink comes in the packs that we buy at the store. My dad doesn't mind walking the boys with pink, but he doesn't like bows much. Men! Your husband will get used to it all.

YT 1000 Club Member | Top Knots are fine for male and female Yorkies. We have 3 Yorkies. An almost 10 year old male and then a male and female puppy (litter mates) that are 10 months old. My almost 10 year old gets top knots all the time. He does not mind them at all. The female puppy gets them and sometimes my daughter puts a bow on hers as well. My male puppy though would not leave his alone and so I finally just cut the hair on top of his head so he could see. I did not mind him having a top knot though, but he would just make a mess of it within minutes of my daughter putting it in. My Yorkies also wear clothes though. My husband did not like it at first but he got used to it eventually. They all have t shirts and sweater and each has their own really nice coat that all match but they have their own color. My daughter's puppy also has dresses.

| Toto has a top knot. I think it's cute! He was in full coat but he kept peeing on it and I couldn't figure out a way to keep him clean so his body is shaved and his head is long. He has a full beard and top knot. No reason why a male can't have a topknot! My bf has even longer hair than I do.

| So cute!! Mine is a boy and wears a top knot... I love it... I cut it off a few months ago and I missed that look... Plus keeping up with trimming the hair around the eyes is annoying... So I prefer the pony... It keeps all the hair out of his eyes.... Mine has almost grown back and I'm not cutting it again! |

| Your baby looks absolutely adorable. I had 4 females, all now passed, they never had top knots cos if they didn't pull it out one of the other ones would lol. Now I have a boy, I keep him in a puppy cut with full face and top knot. Your hubby will get use to it.

| He looks all boy to me; tell your husband that we're living in the 21st century and it's about time to let go of pigeon-holing and/or labeling--be it pets or people! Your little guy is obviously handsome and secure and knows what the ladies like!!! |

| I might be the only one who thinks that boys shouldn't have the top knot. I even cut my boy Troys hair to a puppy cut because I didn't want him confused with a girl. However with my Emma, it's all pink and frill and I kept her hair long so a top knot was a must.

| Bubba wears a "man bun" and Sissy wears a top knot. Yes, Maximo, sometimes Bubba also wears a pink scrunchie on his because that's all that's left over (i dont know where they go. They are like socks that disappear from the washer). He does get mistaken for a girl at the dog park but his masculinity is not challenged.

| During the colder months, I let Kaji's hair grow long to keep him warm. That's when the ninja knot comes into play. My brothers hate it. My dad feels it's necessary.

| Rachael1983 No you are not! I totally feel the same way. I don't ever want people to confuse him for a girl. People already think he's a female when they first see him idk why. I hear there is a gel for dogs maybe you guys can try that and give him a cool hairstyle!
