| Lump under the skin the size of a dime Hello, has anybody's Yorki developed a lump under the skin. My Bentley has one on his Torso by his right back leg its the size of a dime. I am going to take him to the vet but just thought of any insight . |

| My shih tzu had a big one a few years ago. It was a cyst. One day he was crawling in a tight spot and it popped. There was this gross cottage cheese looking stuff inside it. It's been gone ever since then. But, yeah, it's definitely best to get a doctor to look at it. Hopefully it's nothing serious. I've also seen dogs with lumps that kinda looked like it was under the skin and it turned out to be histiocytoma. |

| Mostly likely a cyst, wart, or mole but like others said, best to have vet look at it to make sure. Magnus has this big black bump on his back leg. I did get it checked out and vet said it wasn't cancerous. I can see hair growing through it around the edges and I heard that if that's the case, it's usually nothing serious. |
