| Bye Fleas! Teddy is happy to report I found 0 living fleas! He's still picking at his tail meets back but I looked and haven't found any there! Should we do 1 more flea bath this weekend?

I am so glad we have had very few fleas here this year, with 4 dogs in the house and 1 outdoor cat I would hate to have a major flea issue. We treat our yard for fleas in April, July and October to help keep the fleas here at a low.

| Be very careful when using a flea bath product. Read the instructions very carefully. Read how often it can be used. If you see no fleas on him do not bathe him again. Always read the label carefully.

| I just started using this shampoo, and will have to see how it goes over time. It has a natural flea repellent in it. A very little bit goes a long way compared to what I was using. I was 1 to 1.5 ounces (30-45 cc) of the previous shampoo and rinsing a lot. This one I used maybe 5-7.5 cc and rinsing was much easier/faster. I have used it once and so far I like it, but Mario does not have itchy skin or issues as of yet that I have to worry about. No conditioner needed either (at least for Mario). I am allergic to traditional flea shampoos, so those are out. I got this one mainly because it is organic and I have heard of a lot of dogs being diagnosed with cancer lately, so whatever I can do to reduce his chances are wonderful. Mario is bathed every 5-7 days depending on his activities outside. He is a service dog in training, so he must be very clean to go into public places. Amazon

| Oh, and my hands felt great (soft) and smelled awesome, but not overwhelming after his bath btw. He did too.

| Conditioner is used just as we use it for our hair, to help with tangles after we shampoo our hair. IDK if Conditioner helps with skin, I don't think it does, just makes brushing and combing out tangles and knots easier, less or no pulling pups hair. If Teddy is kept in a short puppy clip I don't think conditioner would be needed, best if dog has longer hair. Right now Cody's hair is about 1.5 long, I use conditioner cos at this length it could have tangles or knots after baths.
