| Just got registered Hi everyone! I have been coming to this forum since last June to study about yorkies. We picked up our little Sophie last year on the 4th of July. I learned a lot on this forum and decided to join.:: |

YT 1000 Club Member | Welcome! Glad you finally decided to join! Pictures are usually too big from your phone, but you can try it. I have to put the pictures on my computer and then go into paint and re-size them so they are small enough to fit.

| Thanks everyone about putting pictures on. I have another question for all of you. Does anyone else have a yorkie that has anxiety when riding in the car? Our Sophie sure seems too. She pants and yawns and does not really settle in for the ride. Any advice? |

| Let her sit on your lap or whoever isn't driving, bring treats, and take her to positive places! Lots of dogs associate car with vet! Or just let her cruise with the breeze and sweet talk her! My Teddy goes to my house or my grandmas a lot so he's excited to get in the car

| Tessa always stays in the purse bag. I think she feels more secure since she's under 3 lbs being outside the bag is just too much for her. She can see me through the mesh window sides so no problems. |

| Welcome to YT, have you tried a booster seat, this elevates them so they can see out of the window. My Cody suffered anxiety and got car sick, then I got the booster seat. That was one year ago. He now LOVES going in the car.
