| Too long!!!! i didn't realize it but, it's been well over a year since I've been in here. A lot sure has happened the last 18 months or so. My husbands plant thT he worked at for 27 years closed. He was able to work for a few months as a contractor. After living in the Atlanta area for almost 28 years we found ourselves relocating to North Wilkesboro, NC after our son graduated high school. We moved just 2 days later. I HATE moving. I guess that's why we were in our last house 20 years. I haven't miss d Atlanta as much as I thought. It did help that we grew up in the applachian mtns of VA. We are now 2-3 hours from the majority of our family. Just wanted to touch base with everyone. Hopefully I will be on here more frequently from now on.

YT 1000 Club Member | Welcome back! I am fairly new here, as I adopted a 9 year old Yorkie in January and then got 2 puppies 5 weeks ago. It is crazy around here! You are not far from me either! I love the area I live in. Mountains around and all.

| I lost one of my babies in March he was 9. So, my husband got me another for my birthday. She's 13 weeks old today. She's rotten that's for sure. I didn't realize how much I missed the mountains until we moved.

YT 1000 Club Member | My puppies are 15 weeks old, so our babies are almost the same age. We were supposed to get 1 puppy and so we let our 17 year old daughter pick out the puppy she wanted. My husband and I fell in love with the little boy puppy who was colored differently from the other puppies. When it was almost time to pick up my daughter's girl pup he was the only puppy without a home. My friend asked if I would take him as well. We drove up to Michigan to bring them home (we are from there). One of my best friends from high school owns the parents. She moved into my childhood home a couple years ago, so the puppies were born in my childhood home. It is so cool all around how I got them. Cute as can be, I am sure you puppy is adorable. Sorry about your older Yorkie. I do love the mountains. I have lived here for 12 years and I love it here.
