| New gizmo for removing ticks. With tick season here I thought I'd pick up this device called a Tick Key I read about -- just in case. Well, Ruger hasn't had any ticks yet but my girlfriend's dog did, and this device worked like a charm and I didn't have to touch the tick. I have no connection with the company, but it worked so well I thought I pass the info along. I now keep mine in my wallet. You just slip it over the tick, pull back a bit and lift. I know everybody has their own method, but this should work easily on your dog, you, and your kids. Got mine off eBay for around $5 including shipping. |

YT 1000 Club Member | Thank you! I just placed an order for one. We don't have ticks at my house, but when I go to my mother's there are ticks there. I usually spray the dogs with peppermint oil in water to help keep ticks away, but this will be handy to have. I can't stand touching the ticks to remove them, so this will make it so much easier for me.
