| Frequent potty accidents My 2 11 year old female yorkies are frequently peeing on the family room rug, even when they are taken out often. Is this because they are getting old? I also have a 6 year old yorkie male who has had a couple of accidents but usually holds his urine for a long time and pees a long time. I'm also babysitting my 19month old twin granddaughters 3 times a week during the day; could my dogs be struggling with that? They seem to be ok with the babies. It's really gotten worse over the last few months. Quite frustrated, tired of cleaning the carpet or sitting on the floor and getting wet! |

| I went through same thing with my little puppy. She's much younger but she had been potty trained and then started having frequent accidents. She had a UTI..it started again and she was put on a stronger antibiotic for UTI, but they did repeat the fasting blood test yesterday to see if its something more serious. Its probably a good idea to take them to the vet. Good luck! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I would really soak that carpet area w/ an enzyme cleaner...bc they could be going back to that spot bc it still has a urine smell to it.

YT 1000 Club Member | Nature's Miracle is great! Also, white vinegar diluted with water. Your home will smell like a pickle for a few minutes afterwards though. |
