| I agree that a vet visit is needed. Probably the food change, but these little ones can dehydrate and go down so quickly. Pancreatitis from the food change is a possibility. What foods did your Yorkie eat before the change? Cesars is a very rich food that many dogs do not do well with.

| Am I out of line for asking if she's been vaccinated?

I would hold the Cesars. See the vet. Maybe consider finding a different kibble that she is interested in. If she needs a food enticement on top of it, I would use a very small amount of safe-for-dogs fresh food. However, with the possibility that she has pancreatitis right now, I wouldn't experiment with foods. That is why it is important to see the vet.
