YT 1000 Club Member | My husband has told me for 22 years that he hates small dogs. My smallest dog was my Scottish Terrier and he was around 25 lbs. This year when I was given Teek he was okay with it. Teek is mine and adores me, but he likes everyone. When my husband comes home from work each night Teek runs to the door and paws at the air to see him and he thinks it is cute. The first time he held Teek was like a man holding a baby for the first time ever. It was so funny. Now, I can pass him Teek and he just snuggles him on his arm. We get these puppies and Rowan is mine and his. He carries Rowan all the time because I either have Teek or I have Teek and Raksha and he always chooses Rowan to carry over the others. When he gets home from work he says HI to the puppies and Raksha just attacks his goatee and licks and kisses and bites at it and he just laughs. He is definitely getting attached to them. Rowan is going to be more his I think. I will adore him of course, but Teek is mine and in showing Teek that he is still mine my husband does a lot with Rowan so I can do things with Teek. I take Teek to bed, but then my husband brings down Rowan and puts him in his crate. He can sleep with us once Teek is more used to him (it is better everyday) and when he can not have to potty at night, they slept from 11pm-7am last night! Yeah! So, I think soon my husband will be very attached to these little guys. He tells me they are the cutest puppies we have ever had.

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | My hubby and I adore our Yorkie and we are big dog breeders and owners. I always laugh to see the transformation in hubby. When he started taking Razzle our Yorkie around the show grounds - he was pleased as punch with all the compliments he got. And one day he had to take Razzle into the show ring - some mix up - oh I wish I could have been there to see that! He did his best - but apparently when Razz was on the table - hubby remonstrated the judge for not touching him gently enough! LOL LOL I bet the judge just loved that. And oftentimes he walks Razzman when I walk one of the big dogs. They are more under my control than his. It is funny to see the double takes we get - this small woman with a big dog - and hubby a bigman with the wee one. Teehee

| Men with Yorkies -- oh yes!! My Yorkies have a great bond with my dad, and dad is very proud of them.

| Penny was supposed to be mine but she soon made it known that she was Daddy's girl. I know she loves me but he is definitely her favorite. We always had German Shepherds in the past. My daughters can't believe how their Dad has been taken in by a Yorkie. He carries her through stores and hugs her at the vets when she is nervous. |

| LOL! My dad is a little older. That is a male model who has become a hit on Facebook with his videos and photos with his Yorkie. I think his name is Nick Bateman.

| My granddad is the one who got us started on yorkies, he was over 6' and used to carry our tiny yorkie in his shirt pocket. He really loved the dogs, he drove 3 hours each way after work to get a mutt my grandmom fell in love with on vacation and didn't bat an eye when we brought home 2 poodle puppies with no warning. My cousin loves little dogs too, when he comes over he picks Lola up and carries her around. He also asks for pictures of her to show girls lol. Quote:

| I have had small dogs since 1970, it started out with Schnauzers , went to a Chihuahua and now I have a Yorkie/Shihi Tzu mix coming. I have never had anyone make fun of me for having small dogs. Phil |
