YT 500 Club Member | Unappreciative people Some people just don't know how good they have it. One of my friends just got given a tiny little female Silky Terrier ( looks Yorkie to me really) because the original owners weren't happy with her and basically just threw her in their garage and forgot about her for the most part. The husband just didn't like her. What is wrong with people? From what my friend Jim says, she's sweet, quiet, hasn't messed in the house once yet, and just wants to curl up near you and be loved. What's not to like? Heck, she was frigging potty trained and she's not even a year old! lots of us would be more than thankful for that alone! Ugh! Anyway, his chihuahua is of course shunning her and he's apprehensive about it working out, but I told him all the tricks I know to ease them into adapting to each other, so hopefully it works out. I just wanted to vent on that |

| It sickens me when people act like these are toys and not animals. They are adorable to look at, of course…But WHAT is wrong with people when the puppy actually behaves like a puppy and that bugs them. ARGH! I just can't wrap my head (or heart) around people like that. That lovely little puppy is lucky to have found a new loving home. |

| There are many people in this world who do not deserve to have pets.... I am just happy for her sake that they gave her a chance of having the love she deserves with a new family. Hope it all works out and she can enjoy a forever home now.

| I could not imagine that poor baby in a garage. So glad your friend took her in. Hopefully now she will be treated like the little princess she is. This is another reason why there are so many animals on the street and in shelters. Some people expect them to act like robots. They do not deserve pets period! Their loss and your friend gained a precious little Angel!

| I feel like these are the type of ppl that complains most about "not being appreciated". Go figure... It's great that your friend took her in and very happy that you are there to help him with the situation so she may have a furever home! I've read stories where furbutts don't get along at first but end up being totally BFF. Please keep us posted when you can! |

YT Addict | Ugh... what IS wrong with people. However, I'm glad this little girl found a home where she can be loved and appreciated. My step sister and her family recently got a new "puppy" shih tzu/poodle who is about 3 years old (Jaxon) who is the absolutely sweetest little boy. My step sister knew a small family who were looking at purchasing a house. Before they went to view a certain house, the real estate agent warned them about "something" to look past. When they went to view the house - the "something to look past" was little Jaxon who had been left by the previous owners in the garage to fend for himself - although "someone" came by occasionally to feed and water him. The family told the real estate agent "this is animal abuse", left and took the little guy home. (WHY didn't the real estate tell someone??) They already had 4 dogs, and new my step sister was looking for a dog for their family. I could not BELIEVE this story. He is such a good, lovable little boy that you would never guess was abandoned... He now has a loving family with 4 kids to play with and is very spoiled and loved. I will never understand some people. I hope your friend can work it out with the pup, glad that she can be loved by someone who appreciates her. |

YT 500 Club Member | My friend just came by and told me that the shunning was short lived, and his chihuahua has accepted her and they just love each other to bits already. So that is wonderful. I'm happy for him. I told him he has to bring her the next time he comes or I'm not answering the door for him, lol |
