| Don't like the water? I've read several times about Yorkies not liking to get wet. You've got to be kidding me! We gave our new pups their first baths yesterday and they liked it. It has been raining here for several days and Addie and Raider don't mind at all. Not only do they go out to pee and poop in the rain, but they seem to enjoy the puddles and the mud. When they come in they are all wet and shivering but can't wait until the next time. So much for the norm! I'll try to get pictures tomorrow, because it's supposed to be another rainy day. |

| That's great! I am really impressed that they enjoyed the bath, and I am laughing picturing them going for the muddy puddles outdoors. My boys do not mind rain, but they are not crazy about baths.

| Maybe it is warmer where you are! We just got another 3 inches of snow. Gracie will go out in it but she hates to get her feet cold and wet! She has a coat but won't wear boots so we are hoping the weather will start actually acting like spring soon! |

| Are these really Yorkies? It was dry enough to mow some of the weeds down in the yard. Raider and Addie both enjoyed riding on the mower. When we came in, Joan wanted to vacuum their area and asked me to hold them. She started the vacuum and they both went to sleep. I thought little dogs hated vacuum cleaners. Not these guys. Took them to the back fence to meet the neighbor's dogs. She has two lab type dogs and two smaller chihuahua type dogs. Of course, Raider had to growl at them and then all four started barking. Raider just stared at them but Addie tried to climb up on my shoulder. Now they are taking a nap-it's been a big day! |

| My girl tolerates baths alot better if I use the shower head on gentle stream and use a nice warm temp (guessing she likes the feel and it keeps her warmer better, that and her first couple of baths as a baby was in the sink). I use to try using filled bowls to pour over her and she'll just keep trying to escape as I've learned she hates the sudden downpour and the unstable temperature change. I haven't gotten much chance to test if she'll like a more pool environment, I plan to get a decent size for her, just enough she could float or swim in when. She's needing a bit of hydrotherapy for her LP anyways

| We used the sink, but the faucet has one of those removable heads that will either do a stream or spray. We had it on spray and they didn't mind it at all. |

| My little Hannah loves the blow dryer but not so much her bath or even the pool. My foster, Rocket loves his bath, the rain and the mud. He likes our pond too! When it warms up I'll see if he likes the pool (if I still have him). You need to take videos of your pups playing in the water so we can see!! I'll bet it's adorable to watch! So glad you're enjoying those babies!! Sounds like they are having a blast!

| So funny! Jackson LOVES all bodies of water... except bathes. He will jump in the pool, lay in a puddle, swim in a lake... but God forbid you give him a bath.

| Mine adore any kind of water device!! From their water bowls where they frequently swim, to the slip-n-slide, kiddie pools, and water sprinklers that go out in the summer for them to play in! |
