| Do your Yorkies sleep super hard? Trinket from a tiny baby has slept super hard. She will literally be on my shoulder sleeping and tumble downing rolling several times before she wakes up. A few minutes ago she was having a dream and I tried to wake her and lifted her head and she was limp, scared me almost thought she was having a seizure until she looked at me shocked when she woke up. Is this a typical Yorkie trait and if not does anyone else have them that does this? |

| When Max and Sasha get into a deep sleep they are out to the world...I poke them and they don't even move...they don't even look like they are breathing....it used to scare the bejeezus out of me....then they finally will open an eye and look at me like "can't you see I'm sleeping!"....but this only happens in the middle of the night when they have been sleeping for while and not during the many naps they take on my lap/chest/shoulder....during those naps they jump up at the slightest noise

YT 1000 Club Member | Teek is a very sound sleeper. When I first got him he would have nightmare's and literally wake me up with his crying at night. I would pet him and pull him close to me and that would barely wake him up. He has not been having as many nightmare's lately though and hardly wakes me up. I felt so bad when he would just be making crying sounds in his sleep though the first week I had him I think it was every night. Now it has been very rare. He does sleep really soundly though when he is asleep.

| At night Cody will hit the bed about an hour before me. I have to carry a limp body to the back door for his last pee-pee of the night. Talk about hard sleeper lol

| Gosh... Am I the only one that plays with their little paws, tickling them? Poking them lightly to see if they stir? Lift their eyelids to see if it's rolled up? Play with their stubby tail? LOL Really... am I?... |

| Just last night I had an incident with Mia. She sleeps snuggled right up next to my back and last night I think I rolled over onto her. Scared me to death. I picked her up and she was limp. Totally thought I killed her. Turns out she was just sleeping. Whew! Definitely going to have to figure out some different sleeping arrangements, lol. |

I have a big dog (80 lbs) that used to sleep at the foot of our bed. However, he kept sneaking his way up the bed and he would be taking up what little space I had. I would push him with my feet and it didn't work. I pushed him with my hands and got bit because he was asleep. The dog hit the floor all on his own and sprawled out with his head down to tell me he was sorry. Well, 3rd time it happened I told my husband he was not sleeping with us anymore and he sleeps in a crate now. Teek does not care if I pull him closer to me in his sleep though as he loves to be near me. I would not pester him though because I would not want him to accidentally bit me because he feels threatened, also he has nightmare's sometimes so I don't want to bother him or scare him more.

| Hannah can be a very hard sleeper! I usually check on her several times during the night and there have been times when my heart dropped thinking something was wrong. I'll never forget when I first brought her home she was sleeping in my bed and I went to move her so I wouldn't roll over on her and she was so limp that I panicked thinking the worst. Needless to say I wake her way more than she wakes me. Lots of belly rubs, massages and kisses in my bed every night not to mention the little I love you whispers! Good thing my DH is a hard sleeper too!
