Donating YT 3000 Club Member | colors and coat does anyone have a older yorkie or has seen one that has a black or very dark head cause im freaking out it started a couple months ago brownies ears turned chocolate and now on his head there spots where there is black hair growning in i have never seen that so if anyone has any pic of an OLDER yorkie cause i know puppies are black please show them to me thanks today i gave brownie a bath i bought doggie shampoo which i have never used its always from day one people shampoo and i had to put him back in the tub and condition him with my con. brownie has never had a knot and his whole body was a big knot i couldnt even comb threw it i think his hair n skin got use to the people shampoo so i guess ill stick to washing him with the dog shampoo and con. with the people lol |

| You need to be using a doggie conditioner as well. You can find some GREAT ones at www.PetEdge.com I use Tropiclean Oxy-Med Conditioning Treatment. It makes Bounce's hair so soft and easy to comb through. Not to mention the oatmeal in it is great for his skin.

| No way Jose...this tropiclean is really good? I went to a pet shop when i ran out of Mojo's shampoo (usually i don;t even go into a petshop...but it was an emergency:/) and that is what the guy recommended me...i thought he was just being a "salesman" since he wanted me to leave Mojo there to get groomed and that was the product he used...good too know he wasn;t trying to trick me..heheh I never had a problem with Mojos conditioner, but of course, you have to shop around, just like it happens to us people, some products have a better result than others... |
