Yorkie Talker | Growth Charts Does anyone know if the Yorkie growth charts are at all accurate ? My little girl is 4.1 lbs and 18 weeks old, just trying to work out how big she will get. She has slender bones. Don't really care if she gets to be huge I will still love her like crazy. |

| Sorry - I don't know - my 'little' Harry went off the charts at 12 weeks old.... But I just wanted to say, I think your little girl is absolutely ADORABLE, love her to bits, and look forward to getting to know you Sally + 'Huge Harry' xx

| Welcome to Yorkie Talk and congratulations on your new baby! Button is adorable. A general way to guess adult size is to double the weight at 12 weeks and sometimes add a pound. Some Yorkies follow the charts, many don't.

| Welcome to YT! Your Button looks exactly like my Cuddles when she was a puppy! Growth charts didn't work for my dogs. Cookie was pretty accurate until 5 months. According to the chart she was supposed to be 4lbs. After 5 months she started growing like a weed! She is 7lbs now at 4yrs old. Cuddles was supposed to be nine pounds! Her mom was 12lbs and her dad was 5lbs. She really slowed down at 7 months. She is now 6lbs at 5yrs old. It all depends on the dog and its genetics.
