| Stolen Parti Yorkie in Longview, WA I saw this today, I couldn't think of a better place to share it. Burglars broke into a house in Longview, WA, that's SW WA. Amongst other things, they stole a little girl's parti yorkie. Longview Police are asking for any leads. WA, OR and ID residents please give them a call if you happen to come across an ad or something that points at the recovery of the pup. There's some video/photos in this link: Longview home burglarized, toddler's puppy stolen | Local & Regional | KATU.com - Portland News, Sports, Traffic Weather and Breaking News - Portland, Oregon Thanks! |

| Sometimes I really detest some people...Poor scared, confused lil' pup and so wrong to take little girl's first, true, best friend. Pray God this story has the right happy ending... |

| It really struck a nerve in me as well. We recently looked at a place to buy outside of Longview. In researching the area we found that like many rural or smaller cities today, meth heads and other lower life forms are supporting their habits by committing robberies and burglaries, including stealing small dogs in broad daylight out of peoples' yards. This pup was secure inside the home and was still stolen. The dog is chipped, hopefully he will be found and returned to the little girl. |

| First thing in the morning after bringing Piper home night before, I took her to my vet and before beginning round-o-shots, et al, asked that they check for chip. I would hope others purchasing (any) dog would do the same...Did I mention I detest some people---all of the time?! Will keep my eyes peeled just in case---lord knows we have our share of kooks in Northern Nevada! Thanks for passing this story along... |
