| Sharing our victory! Winnie's grooming habits have been sort of a PITA. ... she would wiggle and bite the brush/comb and despite being brushed and combed every day anyway I thought she would never get used to it! Last night not only did she sit for a whole session of brushing, combing and removal of eye boogies, she graciously ALLOWED me to put a band in her hair today....and then left it in for a whole almost 4 hours! This is pretty great since the most she's left a band in was about 4 minutes up until today! The only habit she has no issue with is brushing her teeth....and I don't know what clicked with her today but she seems to have finally realized she has a persistent mama! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME haha my husband thinks I'm a little looney at how happy I am about this....while he is also owned by Winnie....he thinks I should just let her be a ratty little tomboy! No way jose! I am attaching her picture...only time I caught her sitting still while she had her band in so please excuse the grub background. She likes to hang with my husband in his workshop a lot....and that's where she was! |

| What a cutie. I can fully relate. Peanut still has days that he just doesn't want to sit still for brushing. |

| I am in a debate with myself on her ears....I love her flowy hair....but I know most people shave the tips....however her big ears stand straight and tall so I don't see the harm in leaving them as they are....is there another reason to shave her ears? |

| What a sweet precious lil girl. Because Cody has biggg ears I have his ears groomed the same as winnie's, but he sports a puppy cut. I love his big ears but they don't complement him with his G.I. Joe hair cut.

| I'm so in love with her....she can do no wrong! She really is a good girl though...I really didn't notice how much she has changed until I had two of her pictures side by side |

| Congratulations! She is a cutie pie and obviously a little love...she sports a 'heart shape' face with her ears groomed that way. So happy you have achieved this milestone and hope she continues to enjoy being 'made pretty'...

| Winnie is beautiful! I love the look of the tip of the ears shaved. For Katie it's a must because, although her hair is very silky, it's also very thick. If I don't shave the top third if her ears, the weight of her hair starts to pull her ears down a bit. If Winnie isn't having any difficulty holding her ears up, you can leave them. She looks really adorable.

| Great news I use the dental gel for Dutche's teeth and she is fighting me less and less. I am working my way up to the toothbrush. I tried it before and she nearly bit my hand off. She did not like it. The dental gel she tolerates a lot better. Maybe one day she will actually let me use a toothbrush. |
