| Bijou's Law NJ has a bill in the Senate to require dog groomers to be licensed. I hope this passes as it originated after a s**tzu's death at a groomer. If this passes NJ will be the first state to require licensure. https://www.govtrack.us/states/nj/bi...4d3f5b59/s1906 Please sign this petition if you agree to lic. http://www.thepetitionsite.com/666/8...o-be-licensed/

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | This is hopefully a great idea, if it provides some sort of board review if something goes tragically wrong at a breeder's.

| Signed.........I feel as if I have been living under a rock for the last 40 + years. All of my past yorkies were groomed by a family member that just had patience and a good hand with scissors and clippers, she was not a groomer, just someone that groomed her own poodle for years and offered to groom my babies. Then she passed away 13 years ago.(I had poodles before I had yorkies that went to groomers and always came back with razor burns) My yorkies never went to a groomer, all my pups were kept in full coat back then, one pup had bad hair, so I started to use a groomer to keep my girl in a puppy cut. Now I have Cody and he goes to a groomer. I thought groomers, like hair stylist had to be licensed.I just blew up that rock.
