| How often is too much ? I recently bought a kong for my yorkie and filled it with pumpkin, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter. She loves it! It keeps her busy and makes her think. My question is how often can I give her the kong? I want her to be healthy. She's 7mnths 5.7 lbs. is everyday too often ? |

| I think everyone will have a different opinion on this, but here is mine My maggie loves her kong too, and I do pretty much the same combo in hers and freeze it so it lasts a while. I do give it to her pretty much every afternoon when she needs something to do (I work from home so this is a good "babysitter"). My vet said it was okay as long as you consider how much she eats for her other meals. I feed maggie in the morning, and then she gets her kong in the afternoon. If for some reason she doesnt have a kong I usually give her another small meal. She seems pretty good with that. She doesnt really get any other treats otherwise. Oh, and she is 7 pounds.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I don't see anything wrong w/ giving it every day - or even a couple times a day sometimes, if she needs something to do. You're only giving her very small amounts of these food items, so it's pretty negligible.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Sometimes I just put a little bit of peanut butter in his kong. . . Also if you freeze it lasts a little longer for them
