| Are all Yorkies thieves? I swear no matter what I am doing if I turn my back for a second Trinket has grabbed something I am working with and takes off with it. Just wondering if this was a breed thing? I do not remember my male Yorkie I had years ago doing that. |

| Callie was called klepto Callie when she was a pup. Now if it's dog related like a treat in a shopping bag she will reach in a take it. If I have a tote down from her treat closet she will faster then you can even imagine grab a treat or the package treats are in and take off. If I tell her no she will stop but she's so fast. Sometimes she will play with a sock but not often. She used to really love stealing clothes from shopping bags. Paper products were the worst she would take and shred them. Once my mom was knitting and she grabbed the bundle of yarn and took of through the house unraveling it.

| For Joel the answer is YES! He has the hugest stash under the bed, if he even thinks you want it it goes under the bed. He's a hoarder |

| the title of this article made me laugh not sure about thieves, as such, I think Teddy prefers to be known as an "opportunist" |

| Troy wasn't much of a thief. He was much more of a gentleman and would look at you and if you said okay he'd take it. Emma is a thief, she steals and then darts to parts unknown (like under the sofa). But honestly I think all dogs no matter the breed have some form of criminal in them.

Harry's much the same as your Troy - brings whatever to me, drops it at my feet, then looks at me as if to say "is this ok?!!!?" Love it! xx

| Billi doesn't steal very often, but you can tell she holds back a lot. She definitely has klepto tendencies! Especially when it comes to food/treats, or even more with bully sticks. She thinks she's super sly when she does make a move on stuff, but usually she just sits there going "should I try it? Will I get caught?" It's fun to watch.

| Kairo is a thief for sure especially with balled up socks, I was folding clothes one day and next thing I know he grabs a pair and runs off full speed to his bed where he hides everything |

| Lola is a thief, but she's getting better now that she's older (year and a half). Teaching her leave it helped a lot, but only if I tell her before she takes something. I also don't let her get dropped food off the floor, I pick it up and hand it to her. |
