| Our boy Gus It is hard to believe it has been 4 months since we found our boy. He has sure come a long way. He is walking so much better on his leash thanks to all the good advise I got here. He has learned to play with toys. He has mastered his basic commands. We are working on controlling and stopping our barking. We are also working on pottying on command. This willbe nice, I can remember the only way to get him to potty was by going for a walk. Now at least he will potty in the yard for hubby. Me not so much yet, but he did on command for me twice over the weekend. He is such a sweet loveable boy. So hard to believe someone would want to get rid of him, but I am glad they did sowe could find him. He has helped bring joy back to our home that was grieving our little girl we lost to kidney failure in January. |

YT Addict | Your little guy did the same thing my little guy does. Ive had him about a month he's 6 months old. He would go out side for hours and do nothing then go in a potty. Finally i would walk him and he started to go. Now he has to go for a walk to go. Hes easy to walk but i have trouble walking. So im hoping he will go out back. He gets a long leash line out bAck but all he wants to do is play. I have caught him right before he needed to go in the morning and he went. Like you im trying to teach him what potty means. So when he goes i fuss over him and say good boy potty. He now runs straight to me when hes done for praise. My papilon just goes right out does her business. Be glad when he does. |
