| Do dogs get sleep apnea? Athena snores. I didnt think anything at all unusual about this. a lot of dogs snore, and other then when its right in my ear at night, its kind of cute. But sometimes she doesn't do an actually SNORE as I am use to hearing it with a somewhat raspy sound. but more just breaths really l heavy or loudly. Sometimes when she does this, it seems like she actually stops breathing for, what is probably really just a few second, but long enough to make me take notice and concern me a little to the point I feel the need to ask. Do dogs get sleep apnea? and is this something that is normal and or that I should bring to my vets attention? |
