| If he is young and teething, it can be the reason. Some shave or tape the ears to help them stand. I personally don't care. My pup Oliver 's ears used to stand, then he went through the teeth phase and both ears started to flop and haven't standing back up. He's 9 months now. I don't know if they will or ever stand back up. Lol but I am doing nothing about it. He's fine the way he is |
