| HI, your best bet is to check with the airlines you are flying. In most cases they will have information on their website concerning traveling with your dog. You probably will have to make reservations and they will charge you. Usually you will need a vet checkup 10 days before you travel. If you search YT for airline travel you will find more information.

| yes but the airline I traveled on not too long ago (Air Trans) didn't ask to see a health certificate or shot records. I think it really varies by air line. If you do decide to take your baby with you Make sure that you take it as a carry on and not as checked baggage. (most airlines have a set limit for how many pets they allow on board). make sure you take along puppy pads, a soft sided carrier(small enough to fit underneath the seat), bottled water, a couple toys for him or her to play with, and depending on the weight of your pup liquid childrens benydril, you can give this thirty minutes prior to flying. (ask your vet about this first.) It won't knock them out, just quite them down a bit. but Please ask your vet about it first.
