| It's like having a baby all over again! Sleepy this morning...I was up quite a bit checking on Sheldon, taking him out to potty every couple of hours throughout the night. He's still doing great, coming around really well. But, boy, I'm exhausted. Lol. |

| I remember those new puppy days. The good thing is they don't last forever. Try to get some sleep when Sheldon sleeps if you can. Glad he is doing so well.

| I agree. You have to watch them like a hawk...My baby is now 6 mos and sleeps till daylight now. The going out to use potty will last a long time. Max is 99 per cent potty trained..Hang in there and good luck |

| Yup, all the joy and the exhaustion of a new baby. I am lazy, I set up the expen with the potty pad so we didn't have to go out. Enjoy your baby, it goes way too fast! |

| Do you crate Sheldon at night? I did with Cookie, which I think taught her to cry and whine when she had to go out.

| He is contained at night in a pen with his bed, but it's literally just enough room for him to sleep because we will work on outdoor potty training from minute one. He did whine when he was ready to get out for a few minutes. He's a very good boy so far. Already fair with recall and is soooo lovable. |

| Congratulations! I do not have human children, but I agree, it is like having a baby! A highly mobile baby, with alligator teeth. Had no idea what I was getting myself into. Enjoy!

| Sheldon has joined a houseful of humans...me, my husband, and three human brothers (my sons are 7-today's his birthday , 5, and 4 years old). We've eased the boys into it (they've had pets but we've been impressing how small Sheldon is), and the boys AND the dog are really doing well. Sheldon likes them way more than I anticipated so soon. |

| I feel ya, lol the first night I had my Kimchi crated and had made a makeshift area right in front of her crate so she can go potty and go back into sleep, which worked out pretty well. I'd still get up to see her every hour or so when she moved around to be sure she's alright. Only later she'll whine if she's wanting out, which was around 4am X.x lol

Glad to hear everyone is doing very well together. My 4 young nephews visited me when Max was a puppy, much smaller than they were accustomed to. I had to impress on them too that Max was more fragile than their dog. Even now with Max & Teddy being larger, I have to remind myself to be careful where I step or in closing doors.

| It's insane how much I adore this little buttface already. Lol. I can tell already he's gonna be a handful. When I get on the floor to play with him, he jumps in circles and barks at me. He's a hoot. |
