| Ears Red Inside Hello, I took Molly to the groomers today and when I picked her up I was told that Molly"s ears were red inside. The groomer told me that she blew them out, but we should just keep checking them. What could make Molly's ears red? How often should I be cleaning them and how?

Not sure what you mean by "blew them out". If it was dark red/black scab like stuff it is probably an infection. Lexi had them at 3 months old when I got her and she needed antibiotics. Does she scratch at her ears at all? | |

| I would maybe call and ask what exactly she blew out of them. Ever since Lexi's ear infection I make sure I clean her ears al least once a week. There is ear cleaner for dogs you can find at the pet store or even Walmart. |

| My husband thinks she meant that she cleaned them out really well.
