| Why is Zoey sitting like this?? Anyone else's yorkie sit like this? She just started doing this , I'd like to know why she thinks this is comfortable ! She is very active and doesn't act like her leg or knee is bothering her.... Is it because she is so close to the window? |

| Hi Thanks, my DH made these window box steps for her to perch on and that she does, one for the back of the house , one for the front, one for the downstairs, and then there are the sliding doors , her level......just about as good as being outdoors with air condition , no bugs , and a nearby bell for outdoor business.lol Oh our babies |

| Callie sits like that and when the orthopedic surgeon saw that like 4 years ago he said something like it was a positive sit test for pain or something but even after fixing that knee and stuff she still sits like that so I donno.

| All of my dogs have sat like that. Sometimes it means there's something wrong with their butt (poop stuck, sore, etc), but usually it's nothing. |

| Finn sits like that, but he also sits "side-saddle" and he lays on his stomach with his legs out like a frog, too, so he might just be a weirdo. My lab mix who lived to be fifteen and never had joint problems ALWAYS sat like that--right on his butt like a person with both legs outstretched. He had long legs so it could look awkward--we just thought he never learned to sit "like a big boy." The photo of Zoey is really cute.
