| Hello Hello everyone, I adopted a yorkie mix female on 11/30/14 from a wonderful animal refuge. I placed my beloved Gigi in doggie daycare on 4/16/14 and the next day I got a call telling me something happened and she was dead. She was so special and I believe heaven sent just for me. I still want another baby to love and am searching for another one. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I am SO very sorry. What happened, how did she die at daycare ? I know you will find another little one to fill your heart when the time is right.

| Gigi Thank you everyone for your kindness. The girl in the room stepped out "for a minute" and when she got back Gigi was dead. That is what I believe happened because the owner was devastated as was the girl who was assigned to be with the dogs and the owner told me the girl said she was out only for a minute. She was taken to our vet and x-rayed. The vet said everything looked fine no bite marks etc. her trachea was a little swollen or swollen can't quite remember. She was little so I feel it wouldn't take much pressure to her throat with a paw or mouth and not leave a mark. I would give anything to have her back. I am looking for another little girl under or no bigger than 5lbs. May ask what kind of fees have been charged by reputable breeders? Any info will be appreciated. Maria |
