| Collars/Harnesses I have a 12 week old Yorkie..I have not been able to get her to wear a collar or harness...she just rubs her head along the floor to try to get it back off and is just miserable with it.....Any suggestions?? Which should I use and when can I expect she will grow out of this?Or will she? Hope some one can help me. |

| Welcome to YorkieTalk! Henri did that as a puppy too, they just need to get used to it. It will take time and patience, try associating the harness and collar with something good like a treat or lots of praise. Sorry that is the only tid bit I have to offer. I'm sure other members will jump in with answers Also, please posts pictures of your baby! We love pictures of pups here

| Use the harness anytime she will be hooked to the leash and use the collar just for an id tag. It is going to take her a while to get used to it and the best thing is distraction either with toys or treats. Never hook the leash to the collar.
