Sounds like Harry and Max were a lot alike sticking to their xpen/crate at night for a year.

| My lil yorkie is only about 3 lbs full grown and has been sleeping with us since we got her. She loves to be under the covers and right next to my back or snuggled between my husband and I. I was afraid that I may squish her but we seem to have adapted well. |

| Piper has slept with me from day one; I work graveyard and she accepted my 'down' time from the get go...Actually, I don't think I could sleep without her now! |

| I tried to crate Calleigh at night. She was very good the first night. After that, I wanted her with me. I'm the guilty one. Lol.

| DeeDee slept with us from the first night, even though she was not potty trained. She never had an accident in bed. Taz had a couple accidents so slept elsewhere until he was potty trained. Now the whole pack sleeps together!

YT Addict | I have always loved my dogs to sleep with me. Now i have two they each try to get to my knees first. Sometimes they pin me down. When my papilon was a puppy i put a plastic bag down with a towel over it. Never had a problem. Cause when she moved i got up and took her. Last edited by Graneet; 09-30-2014 at 06:12 PM. |

| Amy lets us sleep with her in the bed. She sleeps between our pillows and we try our best to hang on to the edge of the bed. Never knew something that small could be a bed hog. We didn't let her sleep with us until she was potty trained. She slept in a crate at the foot of the bed and would whine to be let out in the middle of the night until she got holder and had control of her bladder. |

| Gucci sleeps on our bed every night. He loves, even demands, to sleep on the bed even though he isn't cuddly until the lights come on or the sun comes up in the morning. He does not like to be petted in the dark, Cujo routinely appears if we do. Generally he sleeps on the bed out of our hands reach. He always faces the door. It's about 50/50 that he sleeps next to his mamma or in between my legs. I have to be very careful when I toss or turn but it's always easier for me to fall asleep when he's there. In the evening he plays the bed game with his mamma, coaxing Robyn to place him on the bed way before bedtime. He literally leads her down the hallway and into the bedroom. He peeks around the corner, like he's saying, "hurry up mom, I wanna go to bed!" Usually an hour or so later he taps the bedpost to let us know he wants us to come get him down. It's typical for this to occur several times each evening. He seems to enjoy his bed game so we humor him. He jumped off the bed once when we first got him but he learned his lesson and hasn't done it since. |

| Both our Yorkies sleep with us, but the little one can't jump on and off the bed, so we got her a ramp and put it sideways at the end of the bed. We leave a little night light on nearby so she can see her way up and down. Neither of the puppies ever potted on the bed. The like to sleep under the covers, especially in winter.

| Teddy enjoys sleeping in dark small places with lots of blankets for him to burry himself in. He sleeps on the bed every so often but no longer than 5 minutes before he wants to get off and sleep in his crate near my bed. Lola will sleep pretty much anywhere. |

| Sweezy has slept on the bed with my husband and I since he was about 1 year old. I let him sleep with me when he was even younger, but he had numerous accidents wetting the bed so I crated him overnight for a while until he consistently had dry bedding in his crate. Now, if we try to crate him over night he cries incessantly. He has to sleep right between my husband and I, with his head on my pillow. I do keep a dog bed in the room for him though because sometimes he feels too crowded on the bed with us and likes to sleep on his own bed.

YT 500 Club Member | I have to say I think I am the only one that does not sleep with my dog. My last dog slept with me and my husband for 16 years. We never had any privacy!! So I said I would never do it again. So mine sleeps downstairs with the two cats and the bunny and a radio on!! |
