| What dog steps do you have? I need 2 sets, for the couch and love seat, and I'm not sure what to get. Lola is 7lbs. I have the snoozer scalloped ramp for my bed, but it takes up way too much room and it's too expensive. I was lucky the first time and found a lightly used set for $50. Snoozer Scalloped Dog Steps and Ramp - Snoozer Aging Pet Products I found this set at Ross and Lola won't go anywhere near it. I left it there for 3 days and tried using food to get her to use it, it she only went up once and wouldn't go near it again. I returned it. Amazon.com: PORTABLE FOLDING PLASTIC PET STEPS:... I'm looking at these from Kohls. I like that I can use my credit card discount, get Kohls cash, and return it if she doesn't like it. Pet Gear Easy Step I Majestic Pet 3-Step Pet Stair |

| Step 1: I love Yorkies and admit I have a problem. Step 2: I promise not to get any more Yorkies, with God's help. Step 3: I promise to pay back everybody I owe money to for vet care and food for my pack. Step 4....

| one a side not, I had to take my steps away from the bed, Lola would use them to go up but then after a few times coming down them, she started jumping over the top couple, then finally she just started jumping off the bed. These little ones are seem to always be so busy that I think for Lola it was quicker to just jump. I have read where others have said the same thing. So since I did not want her jumping off my bed I just took them away. With that being said, the type I have are a foam steps covered in faux fur, she did not seem to mind those since they were easy to use

| Lola is very good about using the steps for my bed, she's had them for about 10 months. She also uses a little footstool to get on and off my mom's bed, before we put it there she'd cry and scratch to get up or down. We had to get new living room furniture and it's too high for her to jump on or off, she's doing the crying/barking/scratching thing again. |

| Sophie has the last set in your first post. She uses them all the time. I found them in a store for about 15.00. Yorkies love to fly |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | For Marcel and Pfeiffer, I have the cheap $10 steps from Walgreens/CVS. I've bought super nice wood steps and they will *not* go near them...sigh...bc they're just to used to their other ones. Wylie won't use the Walgreens steps, so for him I had a carpeted one-step block made, which he will use...it's from a guy who makes custom carpeted steps on ebay, great quality and reasonable!

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | It sort of depends. My Marcel and Pfeiffer are too small to jump up on our bed/sofas, so we need steps. Wylie used to be able to get up on his own, but his knees now do better w/ a step. Overall, it's MUCH better on their knees to get them to use steps...esp bc yorkies are prone to LP.
