| Yorkie for adoption! Yesterday I was browsing the website of the organization that I adopted my dog from and saw that they posted a 7 year old yorkie who "was no longer wanted" and it broke my heart! They are based in the south (Tennessee/Alabama) where they have numerous foster homes and they often have dogs adopted up north in New England through Pooches on the Move where dogs tend to be more in demand. This organization is wonderful. If anyone is interested- her name is Muffin, she prefers to be the only animal, and she is 7. You can find her on their website at Home - Dixie Pet Underground Railroad under the adoptable pets tab. I know that if she is adopted by a member of YT she will be in a good home! If we didn't have a dog and two cats I would absolutely be applying to adopt her!

| Awww! What a sweetheart! How can people just get rid of their pets like that. Poor Muffin sure didn't deserve that, but I hope and pray she finds a great forever home and can have a happy life!

| This precious baby looks so sad. I don't understand how someone can decided they no longer want their pet. I wish I lived closer, I'd take Muffin in a heartbeat. Praying she finds a home soon and experiences true love. |
