New people in town There is new people moved in on Yorkie talk! They are Mark and LeeAnn. Mark is a male and LeeAnn is a female and they have been bred several times. Okay the yorkie truth. I AM Mark and LeeAnn is my lovely wife except when shes mad. I dont get no dogie treat then. We live in the North Georgia Mountains in a small town called Ellijay. Its right on the trail of tears. I guess we are like most of you out there. We dont have dogs we have our kids, our babies. Peanut was our first and he is one of the small yorkies. He is about 4 41/2 pounds Peanut is confused I think, He sits on my shoulder like a polly parrot, if he is tired he sleeps wrapped around my neck. If you pet Peanut you have to scratch his butt and you have to keep looking at him. If he catches you looking away he starts this vicious weird loud growl till you start back looking at him. Im just not sure if we trained him or he trained us! We have a Goldwing motorcycle and Peanut loves to ride it. He sits in the back in his moms lap and we have a safety harness on him. Next is Ginger. Ginger is about 6 pounds. Ginger is pretty normal Yorkie. But if you have been gone and come back she has to lick both of your ears. If you call her its ear licking time. If you make eye contact its ear licking time. When you go to bed at night guess what, you got it, Its ear licking time. In the morning when she is ready to eat (which is usally early) she licks your ears till you wake up then she is right in your face, and guess what, no its not ear licking time, its bark time till you get up. We call her fuzzy butt because she has normal yorkie hair till you get about half way back and from there on it is like she had perm with small tight curls. Then the last is cinnamon a sweet female yorkie. Cinnamon talks to you. She is also a ear licker. When cinnamon wants a treat (which is all the time) she jumps on your leg and kind of nips at your pants and howls then runs to the kitchen which is where the treat jar is! Cinnamon is one of those larger yorkies. She is 10 pounds. We love our kids our babies, They sleep with us at night. Cinnamon gets under the covers Ginger sleeps against my chest and Peanut sleeps between Leeanns legs, All three of our Yorkies can do several tricks and or treated when they do. I have had alot of dogs in my 63 years but i have never had dogs like Peanut, Ginger, or Cinnamon. Next to my wife they are the best thing that has happened to me and look forward to more years with them

Mark, a hearty southern welcome to you and LeeAnn from your neighbor. I'm Chattiesmom, aka Cindy and I live in Rome. Hubby's was born in Blue Ridge, so we've been through your beautiful North Georgia Mountain town many times. Would love to see pics of your babies, Peanut. Ginger, and Cinnamon. Sounds like they are quite the characters!

Hi Mark & LeeAnn. Welcome. I have a question for you & any one else who has 3 "little ones". We currently have 2. Halle who is 2 3/4 & Spike who is almost 1 1/2. We got them 5 months apart & after 2 days were best friends. We may have the opportunity of getting a Yorkie puppy. When you got your 3rd. how did the other babies react? Is all well now? Thanks.

| Welcome to YT. I had three Yorkies who we raised together, and now they are together again at the Rainbow Bridge. We got our third a year later, but she was six months, so they were all within a year of each other and they also had the same sire. Sometimes two would gang up on one, but that was rare. I loved having three little ones. Your love of your babies comes through in everything you have written. You are very lucky to have each other.

Ours came at seperate times also. There was never a time that the bigger Yorkie offered in any way to hurt the puppy. I think Yorkies are companion dogs.if you know what im trying to say. Like right now i have all three dogs in my lap stacked on top of each other and this is quite common with them. The only thiing i could say is you will find a little jealous periods between them. When you get your puppy besure and love and pet the older dogs
