| Puppy and adult food for my babies Hello everyone!! My sweet Yorkie Jayde is 9 weeks old. She is doing wonderful!! She is so playful and eats great! My only dilemma is I also have a 9 year old pug named Jasmine. Jasmine is a little piggy and it does not surprise me that she wants a bite of the puppy food, but my little puppy Jayde is wanting to eat Jasmine's food. I'm trying to monitor and make sure they eat their own food. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of a food that I could feed the both of them. My Jasmines food is a healthy weight formula because she is a little overweight. Thank you for any suggestions!!! |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | There are lots of "All Stages" foods out there, maybe try one of those so you're feeding the same thing?

YT 1000 Club Member | I'd feed Jayde separately for a while... But only enough (per event) for her to consume the complete contents of the bowl. Then allow her to sample Jasmine's if she wants, which probably won't be much, since she just ate "her" puppy food. This will keep your older animal on a formulae which s better for it.
