| After heat symptoms I am looking for information about if there are physical changes to females after there first heat cycle. My girl is 11months and just ended her cycle and now her boobs look like they are getting bigger and filling. Is this normal? I do have an intact male but never saw them get tied together. Any advice would be greatly appreciated |

YT 2000 Club Member | I have a little girl that had a heat cycle and her nipples stayed a little bigger. They are just not flat like they used to be. I would be very concerned that they tied when you were not looking!

| Lola's nipples were really big, like they had fluid under them after her cycle. It went away after a few weeks. My aunt has had 2 unspayed westies and it happened to them every time. |

| There is changes in there mammary after there first heat that is why spaying them before there first heat extremely lowers the risk of mammary cancer. Did you have you female and male together with out you watching them during her heat? They should have been separate the whole time time because 11 months old is far to young for a female to be bred and even more dangerous is she is under 5 pounds.

| If I wasn't home, they were in their cages and when I was home she was in a diaper. I don't never saw them tied...and while she was bleeding she would go "Cujo" on him and never let him near her. |
